Cross

The cross is a religious symbol for many. Others see in it a more profane statement which is periodically incorporated in the more populist industries such as fashion and music or entertainment business. Interestingly, the shape of the cross is one of the oldest decorative elements of human mankind – a simple combination of two lines going in traverse directions.

Reduced to its plainest form, the simplicity develops the strength of the symbol and proportions become more important. The reduction ensures little distraction and the eye starts to enjoy and see details otherwise unnoticed.
